Some has found the problem and then the one who can handle it must fulfill his/her responsibility to solve the problem. Apple can stop doing business with its suppliers but it can not stop its suppliers doing something inappropriate.

GUEST6783	I am curious to know if those suppliers who hire child labor will be Apple's suppliers next year. As far as I know, Apple is a member of Fair Labor Association. It has the responsibility to audit its suppliers and investigate if they make money by breaking the laws.

GUEST4321	Apple is smart. It doesn't make mobile phones but just finds some suppliers to assemble mobile phones for itself. Even the suppliers have done something against the laws, it is their own faults. It's not Apple's fault.

You are wrong. Do you know that more than 200000 people in the USA signed their names to ask Apple to improve its management on its suppliers? The Apple fans feel guilty when they use iphone, itouch and ipadd made by the suppliers who 'squeeze' their workers.

Apple can ask the irresponsible suppliers to change. If not, Apple can cancel orders from these suppliers. But Apple didn't take action. It is Apple who give implicit consent to its suppliers to 'squeeze' their workers.
