My package may have been lost?

guest17083 My mom sent a package from America on December 16; it got through the US customs on the 17th; arrived on December 20, 2011 vis USPS's express mail international. However, ever since then, there has not been any update. I asked the Peace Corps staff to contact the customs to see if the package is still stuck in the customs. He contacted the customs in Guangzhou; they told him that they haven't received it.

Is there any other customs other than Guangzhou that I could contact in China? Do you know any USPS's Chinese counterpart contact information that I could ask? Any suggestions as to what I should do now? The package has my family's Christmas gift in it and I've been desperately trying to find out about it via internet, emailing USPS almost every single day, only to receive automated responses. Please help me...

I thought your package was not sent via EMS. Confirm this with the seller and ask if he/she can help you with this.

Can you tell me your tracking number? I may track it for you if you offer your tracking number. Usually, it takes 3-5 days from China to US. Sometimes, it might be delayed if it is handed to the customs. I am not sure where you are.

GUEST16249 my package was never delivered. It was sent on September from Jupiter Fl to China, It's been already 4 months and I made claim two months ago haven't got any answer.. They are some clothes and vitamins I bought for my Mom. I made claim online this morning again hopefully the usps post office can that back for me that would be my first New Year's wish.

When I tracked the item, the usps website showed it was in transit to the destination. But it is still not out for delivery. When I contacted usps, they said I need to contact the Chinese postal office. When I contacted the Chinese postal office, they said I need to contact the local (us) postal office.... I hope my package is still in Los Angeles usps waiting for delivery. I cannot believe it is lost

I sent a package to china from U.S. Dec 16th 2015 and the package was never delivered. Is it possible for you to check and see if the package is in china.

GUEST11743 I posted a package with a watch to return to sender (tracking code RC685375555SG), I think it says that it has been delivered though my seller claims he hasn't received it. Anyone can help?

GUEST50192 I am having the same issue. Can anyone help me please. The last update was March 17, 2017, the garanteed delivery date was suppose to be March 19, 2017.
Status shows its been sitting in Carrier Facilities with no further updates and I need to know if there is a issue. I ship out the package March 13, 2017.
