How can I visit HongKong

I am traveling to china with F-category visa. I will arrive at Beijing and stay for four days then I will go to shenzhen, I want to visit HongKong for two or three days. I need to clearify:

1- Can I get visa for hongkong from Louhu (Shenzhen border)?
2- Can I re-enter china (that is from hongkong to beijing (via Shenzhen) and back to my country) with F-category single entry? or I have to apply for visa again in hongkong.

Many nationalities can enter HK without a visa... see http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas_4.htm for a full list

You cannot re-enter the mainland on a single entry visa and yes you can get one in HK BUT as it's an F visa you will need to supply a whole set of documentation again, and probably totally new letters from your business sponsors. I would look into getting a new double or multiple entry via from your local PSB Exit and Entry Administration Office before you go BUT you will still need all new doco...and they might only issue a short duration visa.
