GF already has tourist visa, we want to apply for fiance visa

guest43227	my chinese girlfriend and I plan to get married. she recently visited here (usa) on a tourist visa and now returned to china. we will apply for a fiance visa next. meanwhile, the tourist visa will be good until december 2012. question is... while waiting for fiance visa, can she come here again? what if the fiance visa arrives while she is here visiting... can she stay and get married the proper way? or does she have to go back to get it first?

GUEST44326	She can still go to USA by using the U.S. tourist visa because it is good until December 2012. She can stay and get married in USA if the finance visa arrives.

GUEST13063	A fiance visa doesn't just arrive in the mail. The fiance has to go to Guangzhou for an interview, pass medical tests, and if pass, pick up the passport and the visa at a local post office. Therefore if she is in the USA, she can't attend the interview. She will have to reschedule.
