I heard from my colleagues that it is very difficult to meet any foreigners here since most of the tourists are mainly north eastern chinese. I wonder if there is any place I can meet the other english speaking expats? Shoot me an email if you are know any place interesting, you will be more welcome if you would like to have a drink.
