![]() | Hi there, I was hoping someone could kindly help me through this visa maze. I'm Irish, currently in Ireland and I have a flight booked to China on the 14th of March. I ideally would like to stay for 4-6 months and if possible without having to exit and re enter. I will be learning Chinese for 3 months and am hoping to travel around China for the next month or so. The school that I will be attending has advised that they will be able to provide me with the necessary documentation to assist with obtaining a business visa. I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to apply for a business visa, which would allow me to stay in China for 4-6 months, without having to leave China and re enter or, if I would have to apply for a double/multi entry visa. Also is it required to have booked a forwarding on flight on entering China/applying for the business visa. If possible I would like to hold out on booking a forwarding on flight, as I'd like to ascertain how long I'd long to stay during the course of my studies. Any assistance in this regard would be most appreciated. |
