Translator/negotiator needed for 1 day in Wuhan

I will be shopping for a diamond ring so I believe the best fit for the job would be a young woman who could give advice as well as translate/negotiate. I hope to find a native Chinese speaker who's English is good enough to communicate with me for an afternoon. We would likely meet and shop in Wuchang but may visit Hankou as well.
