No.1 small fish and purple seaweed soup stock.
No.2 Singaporean Beef Stripes
No.3 Laver Soup Stock. I once used it to make soup together with tomato and eggs.
No.4 Sichuan pickled mustard
No.5 vermicelli made from Fern Root
No.6 soup stock to make Shui Zhu Yu (fish in hot pepper), a typical Sichuan dish.
