| Hi! I would like to cook steamed buns and I have some questions... How is it turn out so white even though it cooked\steamed ? What is it pau flour? what is it made of? Thank you! |

It's so white because an additive has been added in flour, that is, Benzoylperoxide. According to what I have found out, China has ordered to forbid adding benzoylperoxide in flour. Look at these steamed buns. |
