What to buy for the Chinese during Ching Ming day ?

guest03209	I will be returning to my ancestors place during Ching Ming to pray my uncle whom I have never met. I will be seeing a big family who is a distant relative and neighbour of my uncle. They offer me to stay a night in their home for convenience but I will not want to trouble them anything more than joining them for the Ching Ming event. I am sure they will keep me for dinner and a lot of questionings. I am not sure of Chinese customs as I am raised in Malaysia. May I know what are the suitable gifts that I can get them without breaking my bank ? I thought of inviting all of them to a restaurant and give them a treat but I am sure this will be rejected by them. For the praying, shall I just go empty handed and expect to share their joss-sticks, paper money, etc or shall I buy my own and bring along ?
