I did check your links but pitifully it doesnot work at all .For hats , there are several places u can check out as follows:

a. onelink plaza ,some hats shops

b.Jiahe fashion accessories wholesale market : mainly scarves and hats

c.Jintian fashion accessories wholesale market.

d.zhanxi road clothes wholesale markets , mainly clothes but some shops selling hats there .

links work, very normal straw hat, you can even find them on the street
