What if Greece misses the 2012 London Olympics?

Greece has been trapped in the debt crisis for long. It hasn’t figured out a way out of the debt crisis. Due to severe spending cuts, Greece’s track and field authority has suspended all athletic operations. No one will know how long it will be suspended.

So far, the suspension has not affected international sports activities like the 2012 London Olympics. However, what will happen tomorrow? No one knows..

Greece is the cradle of the Olympics. What if Greece misses the 2012 London Olympics?

It will not be a surprise if Greece withdraws from 2012 London Olympics. The economic trouble is much more serious as we thought. A man killed himself in front of Greek Parliament because he is in debt. By the way, the unemployment rate is very high.
