![]() | If you want to set up a business activity you will not normally be looking for a resident permit. If you set up an office here and are paid from overseas, then the F visa is probably appropriate and you will need an invitation letter from a business here...or from an agent here. Some agents advertise here in TCG, look through the threads. They are probably the best qualified to assist you with all your needs. |

![]() | Normally after u arrive in China 2 or 3 days, then you should go to the locall police station to register and get a temporary residence permission. This permission will be based on your visa's valid date.If you live in a hotel which has the right to host a foreigner, then the hotel will do the registration for you.If you live at a friend's home, and your friend is the owner of house, then he or she just needs to offer the property ownership certificate with your paspport to the local police station. If your friend is not the owner of the house and he or she just rents it ,then it will be a little complicated. So your friend needs to offer the contract of rent and some paperworks from the owner(such as the tax of rent provement and the property ownership certificate). This temporary residence permission is very important and necessary when you go to extend your visa, because you have to offer this.I helped my friend to register and extend his visa in Guangzhou before,so i know exatly what will be needed. Please contact me if you still have any 163.com|questions.annyuan2012 |
