| GUEST29109 | Anyone Coming to Taiyuan, go to one of these bars : Waldons or UK Impressions There are two waldons : old waldons and new waldons. Old waldons is the place to be, new Waldons sux ass and is extremely over priced. It is where all the foreigners hang out, if you want to meet foreigners, those are the best places to go. If you want a Descent Western type meal at very good prices go to : Pizzajoy It has a Huge menu, pizza's, pasta's, fish, steaks, puddings etc etc ... probably one of the best restaurants i have been to in china in terms of food quality vs price and i have been in 4 different cities. You can get a FULL western style meal for around 28 Yuan... Cant beat that anywhere in China. Their coffee is priced at 10 Yuan a cup, very cheap as well.
