I didn't get any information from the EMS website too. How long have you been waiting since it was sent out? It takes 3 to 5 days before you can track it on the website. If you have been waiting for more than 5 days, better contact the seller and confirm the tracking number is right.

GUESTNONG Hi I need help tracking my number ea139281154hk. I order from this website called lagogo.com about 3 wks ago. After I sent payment of 846 usd they never email me anything so I email them multiple times and finally got a response, my order ID number. Than after that they never reply to my emails. I email them 4-5 time a day for 2 wks and finally got an email back saying that they sent my goods already but was still waiting for the tracking number from DHL. Days later after 10 or more email begging for the tracking number they email me this tracking number, but no links to check it through. So I google this type of tracking number and looks like its a ems tracking number, so I try tracking it and it says tracking number not found. Can you check this tracking number out for me please. I want to make sure I'm not being scam. These are Christmas gifts for my family so I need this package soon. Thank you so much.

I checked this number on the EMS website. Nothing was found.

Be patient. It just 3 days after it was sent. You may keep tracking it on the EMS website. If there is still no information five or six days later, you may contact the seller.
