guest52689 Can anybody told me if Shidu Scenic Area (in Beijing suburbs) is open to visitors in May, because somewhere I read that it is open period is from June 1st to October 10th???????

Really? According to what I found, it is open all the year round. In winter, there will be fewer tourists and some attractions are closed. I think that all attractions are open after May 1 because it is almost in summer.
