guest10874	Good Day My Partner is currently living in Shanghai and working as Spar Internationl Operations Director. We have decided that Shaghai is too busy for the family and he will be relocating to Qingdao hopefully so the kids and I can join him. I have investigated schools for the kids but found the school fees a bit to expensive for us to afford. Furthermore both my kids have slight learning dissabilities and it does not seem that schools there cater for this. Can anybody give me some advise on affordable schools that would be able to cater for my children
