Yet another Australian has been jailed without a proper trial after the Chinese business partner in similar circumstances. The Chinese partner lays charges of embezzlement, the foreigner is jailed without trial for months or years, the lawyer is denied serious access to his client, the charges are not laid until the person is in court, the defendant is not allowed to speak.
