From Chongqing to Hangzhou

My Z visa is good for only 30 days. My employer stated I needed to be in Hangzhou with as many of those days as possible. Their associate company that does papers is on holiday until September 1st... the day i must be in Hangzhou.

My question is:
How do O check on trains from Chongqing and Beijing when there is only a 12 day speculation window?

I need to buy tickets to Hangzhou from Chongqing on the 26th of August for the 30th of August... placing me in/Hangzhou on time. I also need to buy a ticket on a faster train for my wife to Hangzhou.

Before any of this I need to buy a ticket for Beijing to Chongqing soon and as stated... there is only a 12 day speculation window at this site's ticket window...

How do I do these things...?

I cannot use these emo-ti-cons because I cannot find one for perplexed!

GUEST6578 Mike, the tickets can usually be bought 12 days in advance if you buy it on the website or via telephone.
