I would like to know if Chinese cuisine is starting to choose more imported beef.

Can you tell me if you see more Chinese choosing to buy imported beef products? If so, do you have an idea of what types of beef are favoured?

Thanks in advance - any information you can provide would be very helpful.

In China, import beef product : the import tax is 7-12% for most favoured nation,general nation is 70%. and added value tax is 12%-17%
