The apartment is equipped with large screen Philips TV, Mistubishi air conditioner, advanced HI-FI system, wide-band Internet, Hansgrohe bathroom facilities and beautiful sofa, hot water and elevator are available 7*24. I bought and decorated this apartment for myself and my wife, so you can imagine it is really comfortable, however we are planning to move to the south for business reason, therefore I would like to rent my apartment to some gentleman so as to keep the house clean and safe. There is a private chamber in the community, which consists of a swimming pool and a gymnasium, it is really convenient for you to relax yourself. What’s more, my apartment is about 300m far from the Kun Yu River, you can enjoy canter along the river side in the morning or before sunset, I bet you will love it.
