We have a 16-hour layover in Beijing 3rd week of Dec. Pls recommend tours. What's the weather?

guest21242	Flight from the US arrives PEK at 5:30am and leaves at 8pm for the Philippines. Was told we can get transit visa and leave the airport. We definitely want to see Great Wall. What section of the wall should we go to; and would we be able to see other sites like Tianaman Sq, Forbidden City and the Olympic stadium; and be back on or before 6pm for our connecting flight? Any suggestions on good tour companies? And what's the possibility of snow when we visit? Thanks!
