These liars would pretend they come to Shanghai for traveling orsaying some of them work in Shanghai.Then,they would Strike up a conversation with foreign travelers who are judged by their appearance.After conversation with these travelers,they with invite travelers to enjoy tea ceremony or drink tea with them. Actually, they are liars from some unscrupulous tea houses for money by cheating foreign travelers. However,travelers would pay very high price for drinking tea.
