CHRISTINE Points: Join Date: Sep 30, 2005 Status: offline Community Moderator	We were informed by TTB (Tibet Tourism Bureau) that only a group of 5 tourists under the same nationality can get the Tibet Travel Permit approved. TravelChinaGuide here suggests you asking your travel agency beforehand to handle it if you are interested in tours to Tibet. Also, keep in mind that this Permit Application can only be handed in about 1 week before departure date into Tibet, and the processing takes 1 - 3 working days.
