Work Permit problems

Hi,

I'm going to start working in China. Is that normal that i should pay for my Work Permit ? (it is 590 USD). I'm from Poland and this is quite big sum of money...

Please be careful! Your future employer is responsible to apply for the work permit from the Chinese Labor Ministry/the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau. The fee is too much, so it may be a trick.

GUEST64234 Usually your prospective employer will provide you with a Z visa which is then exchanged for a work and residence permit. It would be unusual for the employee to pay for this.
