Looking for pet-friendly apartments/houses for rent

I need an apartment (consists of bedroom, bathroom & kitchen) that's close to China Agricultural University. Will be attending uni this September 2012. So I'll be staying in beijing for 5-6 years. Would be a bonus if dogs are allowed!
