Should I Try Again for Chinese Visa

guest12376 Last year I was rejected for a Chinese Visa for being a felon from 1992 (mail fraud). I applied through an agency, and I didn't get back my photo nor application. Do you think I'm f"red flagged" if I try again? Any suggestions. My email is aol.com|MJacobs784

You should try again and clarify in deep on your documents, there must be some possible reasons, otherwise why not should you given your papers
