Look at young girls on the street and you will know what I said is correct. In fact, there is another place where people just wear their pants, that is the beach. It's not a big surprise that people just wear pants at beaches but wearing nothing at a public beach is indeed a big surprise. Be noted that I said 'a public beach' instead of 'nude beach'. At the nude beaches, people can be naked. However, they can't be naked at a public beach. Summer already arrived in China. Many beaches in Dalian have been opened to the public. People prefer to cool down by swimming at the sea and bathing under the sun at the beach. However, some swimmers who went to Xinghai Beach took off their clothes after swiming at the sea and then sat or lay at the beach to enjoy the sun bath. Other people who came to the Xinghai Beach felt insulted by those swimmers. They thought that it was public beach and the swimmers shouldn't be naked at the beach. Also, their behavior has ruined the image of Dalian City. What do you think? Can people be naked at the public beaches?
