In which commodities can I trade?

As far as, I know that the government has made all commodities eligible for trading. Actually I have not much knowledge of commodities .I also want to know the Top 10 stocks to buy . But I have one query that, In which commodities can I trade ? Is this NMCE, NCDEX or MCX best for trading. Please suggest me!

GUEST19132 I’ve been trading in Hong Kong for awhile now, found it very fun, reliable, alive, opportunistic. Good experience. From an investment point of view, the market is supported with China’s every growing businesses that are seeking for foreign funding or seek to expand. Many of the businesses have high potentials.
I saw that much of the public seek to invest in primary and secondary production businesses, such as quarries, factories, etc. As they have abundant resources, support from local gov for development and foreign high tech knowledge.
I often invest in GEM for short trades, they have quick and fast return, and excitement. Hope this helps
