I have 3 british people willing to visit Tibet in this coming September. But I hear that the visa for British is stopped. It this true?

Where did you get this info? Except the visa, they have to join a tour to visit Tibet. Individual foreigners are not allowed to visit Tibet alone.

the latest information: you have to join a tour group of at least 5 persons with the same nationality to get a Tibet Travel Permit approved.
