Chinese Chengguan, or urban management personnel, enjoy a bad reputation for their brutal and aggressive working method. Well, the Apricot Blossoms Village (Xinghua Village) in Hefei invites three foreigners to perform the duties of Chengguan for a day. After seeing foreign Chengguan, you might change your view of Chinese Chengguan.

The fact is that the urban management is really a hard work. Look these foreign personnels, they are polite and helpful. As the public crowded around, they give a good example to Chinese Chengguan.
