Fu Du Plaza: not very great sea view . rent of 70—80 square metre is about 70000 RMB one year . Other cheaper Plaza : farer from Shangri-La Hotel ,cheaper the rent is ! Apartments with two bedrooms: Bin Hai Apartments :a little old building(built in about 1999) .some of them have great sea view .the rent is about 50000----80000 RMB one year . Wei Dong Apartments : just a little sea view .new community . the rent is about 50000----60000 RMB one year . Yi He Guo Ji Plaza: some of these offices have good sea views .their rent is about 120000 RMB one year . but no small area offices ,the smallest may be about 130 square metre .
Fu Du Plaza: not very great sea view . rent of 70—80 square metre is about 70000 RMB one year .
Other cheaper Plaza : farer from Shangri-La Hotel ,cheaper the rent is !

Wei Dong Apartments : just a little sea view .new community . the rent is about 50000----60000 RMB one year .
Xin Gui Du Apartments : no sea view . a little old community .the rent is about 30000---50000 RMB one year .
