It takes about 2 hours from Shaoxing to Hongqiao Railway Station. From the railway station to Pudong Airport, it takes nearly two hours by subway line 2 and 1.5 hours by airport shuttle bus line 1. Thus, you need take high speed train departing before 19:00.

I suggest you take high speed train departing before 17:00 in case of any emergent situation.
