How to travel from Beijing to Qinhuangdao

I will arrive at Beijing Airport the 31th of August at 6:20 pm. And I must be a tranfert from Beijing to Qinhuangdao. My coordinator say "We will offer a free pickup service for all the students who get the Confucius Institute Scholarship from Beijing Airport . Please send me your E-ticket " But I don't know who get it and if do I have to buy bus ticket or train ticket. Excuse me, my english is very poor Best regards.

CCYQ Points: Join Date: Aug 6, 2010 Status: Offline	I think E-ticket is the air ticket. not bus ticket or train ticket it is a free pick-up. right? Beijing-Qianhuandao is quite near. i guess it is about 1-2 hours by bus.
