Hello everyone,

I plan to move to China, to live and work, I am from Persia.

As far as I know, Work Visa (type Z) requires me to become officially employed, but I don't need to become employed, as I can work personally.

I have an online business, no matter where I am, I can do it and receive my income online, therefor in order to work in China I don't need to become employed.

I also have Commerce Card for Export/Import, this card is recognized internationally and i can use it in any Country.

The Card is individual, not corporate, It means I don't need to register a Company in order to Export/Import.

I need guidance on how to come to China, what type of Visa do I go for and such.

and I also wonder if there are Experts/Companies online within China that can help me with this issue, im willing to pay if there will be small fee for that.

I look forward to your help, thank you.

There are several types of visas which are proposed for the several business and other particular purposes. The Indian government has recently made changes to the types of Indian visas that it offers. Of particular interest are the new restrictions that have been introduced for Tourist visas and business visas. Tourist visas are issued to people who want to come to India to visit friends and go sightseeing. Employment visas are issued to those persons who are working in anywhere else, for an organization registered that country.

ok, so far I found out that I should get a Z Visa which is 30 days, and during which i should get a "Temporary Residence Permit" for 3 or 12 months.

GUEST71188 The company that employs you must be registered with the Chinese government to employ foreigners. It will provide you with the Z visa you need to enter China. It will then apply to replace that visa with temporary residence permit (usually one year), and work permit. You cannot be self employed. Only those foreigners with a "Special Skill" (ie one that a Chinese worker cannot provide) can work in China legally.
