We are in the process of getting married in China
I am from UK
Her is from Haerbin, Heilongjiang, North East China

Can any one tell me the contact phone number or web address for the marriage place in Haerbin please.

We have all our required documents, we just need to make an appointment to declare our marriage, and receive our marriage books
