GUEST67198	It can be easier for him to travel to you to get married, then apply for a Spouse visa for you to move to the US. However, this can take several months. He will also need legalised papers to prove he is free to marry you and probably also prove that he can afford to take financial care of you in the US.

Filling the forms is not very difficult, but he can get a lawyer to do it for a fee. Average time to get a visa is around 8 months, if your case is not flowed. hi，i am very thankful to your reply my friend.so as you said,is it easier for him to get tourist visa in US then coming china to marry me ?how long he can stay in china if he has tourist visa?is the time enough for us to get marry in china before the due day of his visa and whether can i back to US with him together after we married?
