guest45522 Dear Sir,

I placed an order on 04/08/2012 as per the below email with tracking no. EE763897875CN from lv-bags-outlets.com.

Till date I did not receive this shipment which is considered very late now.

I contacted the site from which I ordered & paid the shipment & they stated that the parcel has been received & signed for by is MZAMDIN.

They even sent me the link from which I can follow the status. However, I still received nothing.

This shipment was supposed to be delivered to my wife tomorrow & it's quite apparent now that these plans will be cancelled due to a reason I still don't understand.

The site advised me to contact you to tell me exactly the status of my order and what's the thing making it that delayed.

Appreciating your quick response & feedback.

Hey, I check on the EMS website and it showed that your parcel was signed and received by MZAMDIN.

GUEST45522 Yeah, i checked that but still i received nothing.

That's why i wanted to contact EMS to ask them who received the parcel and who is MZADMIN?

Do you have an email for them?
