Best way to go to Chengdu from Fenghuang & from Leshan to Lijiang / Dali

I can start either from Guilin or from Chengdu and basicly just travel round. I know from the forum that the best way to go to Feng huang from Guilin is by direct long distance bus for 7h. What I would like to ask is what is the best way to go from: Feng huang to Chengdu Chengdu or Leshan to Lijiang / Dali Kunming to Guilin. Xie xie
