Do garment wholesalers in Guangzhou only stock winter/warm fashion now?

I've been to Hui Mei in Guangzhou a couple of times to buy Korean/Japanese style women's fashion suitable for warm climate (Thailand), but now I hear people say that wholesalers in Guangzhou now only have winter clothes. Is that right?

If I go to Guangzhou now (september/october), will I only find winter/warm clothes in shopping malls like Hui Mei?
