Ensure the safety of students and staff and enforce program rules and discipline. Ensure the timely, successful, and cost-effective completion of programs. Provide financial management oversight, budget analysis, and budget recommendations. Develop programs and prepare proposals. Must be eligible to immediately work in the USA Hire and manage local staff, as program requires. Ensure a successful working relationship with local partners and local authorities. Prepare required reports. Maintain the integrity of the overall program operation, as well as Rustic Pathways’ mission and goals. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures. Language Skills: Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is required.) * Conversational Mandarin is required for the China Country Director Position Required Qualifications & Skills Applicant must be least 21 years old. Must be able to travel for an estimated four months overseas and three months in the USA. You must have previously traveled to either China Proven team management and communication skills.
