In Chinese, it is called Niu Yang Rou Pao Mo(牛羊肉泡馍). In fact, there is another snack which is similar to Niu Yang Rou Pao Mo. It is Pig Intestine and Bread Pieces in Soup (Hu Lu Tou Pao Mo). I guess that many foreigners may not like it because they do not eat animal intestine. Well, I felt uneasy when I tried Hu Lu Tou Pao Mo for the first time. It's a bit smelly but tasted very good. I recommend you give it a try. It's really delicious.
