Need Help

guest31545 I am finishing up my course to teach English,
I will finish the rest in China , I will be getting and F visa
Until I am done with the course, get my certificate
Then transferring it over to a Z visa.
My question is I want my husband and our dog to come live with me
Once I get the Z visa , residence permit and everything is set
I don't really know how to go about this.

GUEST64019 You will need a job before you can get a Z visa. He can join you on an L visa (which can be renewed in China twice then requires a trip to Hong Kong to renew again) but will not be allowed to work unless he also gets a job offer with a Z visa. Not sure about the dog........
