There are a lot of people who claim that they speak perfect English or American(?) - incl the native speakers. "Perfect" is not hard to claim nowadays.
Need not be too modest & need not be too picky on own people.

Actually, my English is so so, but i'm very good at Chinese. In addition, i'm a Chinese highschool student.
