Fan Meng is a young and sunny boy in Beijing. He loves trekking very much. His mom has been suffering poliomyelitis since she was a little girl. On July 8, Fan told his dad and mom that he planned to start a long trek tour. Out of his surprise, his mom wanted to travel with him.

Unfortunately, Fan Meng’s dad and brother didn’t agree because it was impossible for them to trek from Beijing to Xishuangbanna. Fan Meng and his mom didn’t listen to them and insisted trekking.

On July 11, Fan Meng and his mom started their long trekking tour. They just brought a tent and some other necessities. Fan’s mom couldn’t walk. Thus, Fan pushed his mom in an armchair to finish their trip. Three months later, Fan Meng and his mom finally arrived in Xishuangbanna. A party was held by local government to welcome Fan and his mom.

According to Fan Meng, his weight lost around 20 kilograms after the trekking. You can imagine how difficult it is for him to finish the trip. Fan Meng said they just used the cars three times when his mom’s armchair was broken and the road was blocked for construction.

He is really a good example to all young people. Our parents spent their lives to raise us up. In return, we should help our parents make their dreams come true.
