| GUEST20217 | Hello I recently purchased an item off of iOffer. The seller posted the tracking number for the parcel on August 20th, 2016. The pacrcel was said to be shipped the same day on behalf of the seller. I am concerned because on the China EMS website when I try to track the parcel I get this the information that reads. "No tracking information for the shipment, or, overdue tracking." On iOffer's website it says "seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel." I questioned the seller because I just want to see confirmation that my parcel is ACTUALLY at the post office. He had responded with a message reading, "Slow tracking information updated in 5 days after queries". The reason I'm posting all of this is because it has now been 7 days. I have no information that tells me my parcel is on its way to me. Should I be concerned? Typically how long will it be until I see that my parcel is on the way?
