GUEST36154	Hi, My mom mailed out my package on November 28,2016 from Fuzhou, China, and I still haven't gotten it yet. The tracking number is EA255962437CN. I contacted EMS China and the customer service told me that the parcel was on the way to US. I can't believe that it took 14 days in the air and still haven't landed in the US. Can anyone here help to track my package? Your kindly assistance will be highly appreciated.

Hi, I placed an order on 12/28/16(tracking # LT660730621CN), on Amazon.com and EMS-China post-ShangHaiShi SUDIDAZONG it states that my order was delivered to my address on 1/6/17 however I did not receive this package!! I spoke with USPS and they stated in their system they have not received the package yet and the last updated information they received was that the package was Processed Through Facility,SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA and preparing for shipment on 1/2/17, but they will receive it to deliver to me. Please look into this and provide me with the correct updated information! Let me know if u need information on how to reach me. Thank u for your time and concerns.
