How to get to Shanghai from PVG to Huangpu District?

I'm new here and this will be my first visit to Shanghai and I'll be traveling alone w/ luggage.

What is the best reasonably priced way to get to Huangpu District. I will be coming at 10pm so not sure which options area available then?

Hi there,

You'd better take a taxi at 10p.m from PVG to Huangpu district especially with luggages, since subways are almost unavailable, and I don't think buses, either.
