Is there any public transport between Xitang and Zhouzhuang

SEMARANG Points: Join Date: Nov 21, 2012 Status: offline	I'd like to visit some watertown around Shanghai We'll start from Hangzhou to Xitang and then continue to Zhouzhuang Does anyone know, if there is public transportation between Xitang and Zhouzhuang ? Or should I rent a taxi?

There is no direct public bus between Xitang and Zhouzhuang. If you are not familiar with these two places, I suggest you hire a taxi. It costs CNY 150-200.

Here is another way: take No.2 bus at No.2 gate of Xitang Bus Station and get off at Taozhuang (陶庄) and take No.317 bus running on Taolu road to Luxu(芦墟) Town. Then take No.2 bus to Jiangcun. When you get off the bus, you will see three ways in front of you. Choose the narrow one on your right hand and then walk around 100 meters to Jubao Bridge. Pass the bridge and you will see the entrance to Zhouzhuang.

Bus fare: CNY 6 in all.

GUEST5890	Sorry, I searched on the internet and got the way to go from Xitang to Zhouzhuang by public bus or taxi. I am not sure how long it takes.
