 | i help many foreigners find the room at wudaokou ,and every time i will tell them how to pay the bills ,right now i will tell everybody who want to know it ,hope can help you .and also if you need my help about rent the apartment ,you can call me at 13521959658 or email me :yahoo.cn|hifriend888 in face ,many bills like water ,electricity ,gas ,internet ,you can pay it at a bank ,for example :ICBC 1)about the electricity ,mostly the apartment here have the electricity card ,so you take the card go to the bank buy it is ok ,and there are 24hours office you can buy it at the hua qing jia yuan ,building 8 . 2)about the water , the water bill ,the worker will pasted bill on the door ,so you take the bill pay it go to bank .or if you at home ,you can pay it to the worker ,and they will give you the recipt . 3)gas ,if the landlord have the gas card ,you can buy the gas at the beijing bank ,and only can buy it at beijing bank . if not have the card ,the bill will pasted on the door ,you pay it at the bank is ok ,any bank shold be work .like the ICBC . 4)the internet ,you can pay it at the bank or pay to the landlord. you can pay month to month ,or 3month ,or pay all . you pay all together should be cheaper than you pay month to month . 5)TV fee .18yuan per month .you can pay to your landlord. because your landlord already pay it to the TV company one year fee . of course ,all the bills you can pay to the landlord ,the landlord pay it at the bank . that is all ,hope can help you ,any question ,let me know ,i will do my best if i can do it :)  |
